How verification works
There are two ways to get verified on TCGSold:
Option 1: Set up payments (free)
When you set up payments to accept orders, the identity verification process is included automatically. This is the recommended option if you plan to sell on the platform.
Option 2: Standalone verification (£10)
If you don't want to accept payments through the platform but still want the verified badge, you can verify your identity separately for a one-off fee of £10. You'll need a valid photo ID (passport, driving licence, or national ID card).

A blue verified badge appears on your store page, visible to all customers browsing your products.
Increased trust
Customers are more likely to buy from verified stores. It signals that you're a real, accountable entity.
Accountability
If something goes wrong with an order, we have verified details on file. This protects both you and your customers.

When you see the verified badge on a store, it means:
- The store owner has verified their identity with a government-issued ID
- We have their details on file in case of any disputes
- They are accountable for the products they sell and the service they provide
- If anything goes wrong, we can step in to help resolve it
