Everything you need to know about buying on TCGSold.
Finding products
Browse store pages to find the cards you're looking for. Each store has its own page with listings, reviews, and contact information. You can message a store directly if you have questions about a specific product.
Types of listings
There are two types of listings on TCGSold: • Direct sale — Fixed price. Add to cart and checkout securely. • Listing — Price is negotiable. Message the store to discuss price and arrange payment through the built-in payment link system.
Checkout and payment
All payments are processed securely. Your card details are never stored on our servers. When you checkout, you'll enter your shipping address and payment details on a secure payment page.
Shipping
All stores are UK-based. Shipping is charged per order, not per item — so buying multiple items from the same store means you only pay shipping once. Some stores offer free shipping over a certain amount.
After your purchase
Once you've paid, the store is notified immediately. You can track your order status from your account under Purchases. You'll receive email updates when your order is fulfilled and when tracking is added.
Leaving a review
After your order is fulfilled, you can leave a review from the order page. Reviews help other customers and help stores build their reputation. Star rating is required, written feedback is optional.
Issues with an order
If you have an issue with an order, message the store directly from your order page. If you can't resolve it, contact us through the Help Centre and we'll assist.
