Store Guide

Everything you need to know about running a store on TCGSold.

Setting up your store

Create an account and set up your store from the Account page. Add your store name, logo, description, and contact details. Your store gets its own public page that customers can browse.

Setting up payments

Go to Payments & Verification in your store settings. Set up payments to start accepting orders — it's free. Payments go directly to your bank account. We take a small percentage on each sale, which is significantly less than other marketplaces.

Verification

When you set up payments, you're automatically verified. Alternatively, you can get verified separately for a one-off £10 fee. Verification adds a badge to your store, building trust with customers. Learn more on the What is Verification page.

Creating listings

You can create two types of listings: • Direct sale — Set a fixed price. Customers add to cart and checkout. Set stock quantity for how many you have. • Listing — For negotiable prices. Customers message you to discuss. You send a payment link once you agree on a price.

Managing orders

When a customer buys from you, you'll receive an email notification. Go to Orders in your account to view the order details, shipping address, and financial breakdown. Mark orders as fulfilled when you've shipped them — the customer gets an email with tracking info.

Payment links

For listing-type products, you can send payment links directly in the chat. Enter the price and optional shipping cost, and the customer gets a secure payment button. This is great for negotiated deals or selling individual cards from a collection.

Shipping

Set a flat shipping rate for your store in Store Settings. You can also set a free shipping threshold (e.g. free shipping on orders over £20). Shipping is charged once per order, not per item.

Reviews

After a customer's order is fulfilled, they can leave a review. Reviews include a 1-5 star rating and optional text. You can view all your reviews from the Reviews page in your account.

Store policies

Add your terms & conditions, privacy policy, and returns policy in Store Settings. These are displayed on your public store page and help set customer expectations.

Refunds and cancellations

You can refund or cancel orders from the order detail page. Choose whether to restock the product. The customer is notified by email. Process the actual refund through your payments dashboard.
