By purchasing from The Final Boss on TCGSold, you agree to the following terms: 1. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. 2. Products are described to the best of the store's ability. Minor variations may occur. 3. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. Please contact the store if you need to cancel before dispatch. 4. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. The Final Boss does not store your payment details. 5. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. The store is not responsible for delays caused by postal services. 6. By completing a purchase you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent. 7. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work: Damaged or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will offer a full refund or replacement. Change of mind: We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. Refund process: Refunds are processed through the original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
